How to Raise a Complaint with Wealthydetermine Pest Control

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Wealthydetermine Pest Control should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • How your call or contact with Wealthydetermine Pest Control went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, work and customer service. If work in your home went wrong, start by talking to the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they say.

We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Wealthydetermine Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide things for a provider.

If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that oversees pest control in Texas.

How to File

Email contact@wealthydetermine.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau.
